In this IN-PERSON training, participants will learn how to reduce the risk of fire in your childcare facility. Center Director and at least one other staff member are required for this training.

This training focuses on creating supportive environments through proactive strategies, clear routines, and positive relationships.

When a child uses challenging behaviors at school, parents and teachers need to work together to address the issue. However, when discussing behavior problems parents often feel blamed by the teachers and teachers often feel unsupported by the parents. This session focuses on developing strategies and skills to make these conversations more productive for everyone…especially the child! Participants will learn how to set the stage for and successfully conduct these difficult conversations with parents.

In this (In-Person) training, we will explore literacy skill building activities throughout the daily schedule and in each of the learning centers. Participants will also concentrate on storytime techniques to ensure learning is taking place beyond the book in classrooms of Twos and up.

This VIRTUAL training provides an overview of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), identifies risk factors, and describes ways to reduce the risk of SIDS in child care.

This is a VIRTUAL (DCDEE) required training for child care administrators, covers common playground hazards and safety practices.
