This FREE (Virtual) training developed by the North Carolina Child Care Health and Safey Resource Center covers prevention of unintentional injuries in child care. Participants will learn about unintentional injury prevention and North Carolina child care rules regarding reporting if incidents occur in child care. Additionally, participants will learn how to recognize signs of when to seek emergency care after an unintentional injury has occurred in child care.

This VIRTUAL training provides an overview of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), identifies risk factors, and describes ways to reduce the risk of SIDS in child care.

This In-PERSON training will be offered and will include information on how to do the following: raising happy, confident kids; guiding children's behavior; setting rules and routines that everyone will follow; getting along well with your kids and arguing less, and balancing work and family with less stress.
