Basic School Age Care (BSAC) is a 5-hour introductory level training event for school age care professionals that are new to the field. This training is required by the NC DCDEE for school age care professionals working in licensed programs, but is a great training for new staff in any afterschool program setting.
Infants & Toddlers Healthy Behaviors

support Infant and Toddler’s social and emotional development is a critical part of caring for this age group. This session
will give you a basic overview of child and brain development as it relates to behaviors. The participants will also explore
strategies for self-care and how to encourage healthy behaviors.

This VIRTUAL training provides an overview of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), identifies risk factors, and describes ways to reduce the risk of SIDS in child care.
Children with Special Health Care Needs: Anaphylaxis
